Q. How do I order/refill my mail order prescriptions?

To access your mail order prescriptions simply click on the mail order link inside the member portal. This will take you to the website of our mail order provider where you can create your profile and schedule your initial order or where you can refill prescriptions.

Q. What can I expect to pay at the pharmacy?

Each plan is customized and therefore may vary for each member. To find out exactly what your plan benefit structure is you can click on the Plan Information link within the member portal.

Q. What if the drug my doctor prescribed is not covered?

Some drugs may be excluded by your plan or require an authorization in order to fill. You can determine what drugs may be excluded by looking at the Plan Information document within the member portal. Should your drug be excluded or require an authorization give our customer service team a call and we will contact your doctor to get the necessary information to determine if the drug can be approved.

Q. Can I get a 90 day supply at a retail pharmacy?

For most plans 90 day supplies are restricted to getting filled at our mail order pharmacy. Most copay benefits are set up so that it is more beneficial for the member to get 90 day supplies for mail order. Where you may pay a $30 copay for 30 day supply of a preferred brand at retail you could get that same medication for 90 days for a $60 copay. It’s like getting a month free.

Q. How do I know if my brand drug is considered Preferred or Non-Preferred?

A detail formulary listing can be found on the member portal. This will show which tier a particular drug may fall into. The formulary listing online is subject to change.

Q. How do I locate a participating pharmacy?

Once you login to the member portal you will be able to click on the pharmacy finder link. Just enter your zip code and the in-network pharmacies will be listed for you to choose from.
